How to get card pass in Jurassic survival game?

Mad Dog's Arena

Mad Dog's Arena is an event in the World Map of Jurassic Survival. Unlike other events, it is permanent, and will remain open and accessible throughout the player's entire gameplay.

Within the Location:

The Campsite

After entering the location, you will immediately notice a hastily made Camp Site with 2 NPCs resting there.

One NPC will inform you that, "They take all your stuff at the entrance of the Arena".

The other NPC, carrying the ever-so desirable Barrett M82, will tell you that the guards to the Arena will shoot anyone who either tries to escape the Arena or run inside without 'Paying'.

The Main Entrance

Walking on, you will eventually reach the main entrance. The entrance is a reinforced fence, with 2 watchtowers each containing an NPC guard armed with a UMP 45.

There will be 2 NPCs standing there. One NPC will be wearing a tophat with Magician-like clothing, and the other will be wearing the Pilot Hat and underwear, carrying a Magnum. They are named Hyde and Jekyll . (In that order)

When first accessing the location, a random NPC will be standing near the gate. When you get close enough, the NPC will run towards the gate, shouting "Give up my Dog Tags ? No way!" The NPC guards will immediately shoot, killing the unfortunate NPC. Hyde will tell you to pick up "This loser's tags." Looting the body will reward you with the promised Dog Tags.

When interacted, the one with the tophat (Hyde) will tell you what you can win in the Arena.

The Consolation prize for losing provides you poor rewards, giving you raw materials, meager supplies, and weak tools like the Ice Axe. The prizes for Third, Second, and First place are then explained to you, First place giving you the highest tier awards, such as the Barrett M82 or the SAW Machine Gun. After checking the awards, approach the other NPC (Jekyll). 

Jekyll

In order to get inside the Arena, you will have to give him one set of Dog Tags. These Dog Tags are usually hard to earn, as they can be either be found inside a chest located in a 3 difficulty level zone, or a high tier dinosaur's corpse. If you have rare trophies on you, and you don't have Dog Tags, there IS a way to obtain them.

Other Notable Features

If you notice, there will be a Medicine tent near the Arena entrance, decorated with numerous stretchers and body bags. If you talk to the NPC standing out front, he will trade you Dog Tags in exchange for rare trophies, such as Dino claws, Teeth, and so on. After giving the Tags to Jekyll, click the button that states 'Enter Arena'.

Within the Arena:

After clicking, the game will send you into a PUBG like environment, with a 'Red Zone' that decreases by the minute. Obviously, the point of the game is to be the last man standing, using gear looted from chests and houses scattered all over the map.

The gear obtained while inside the arena cannot be kept when exiting. Your gear will not be lost if you die in the Arena.

The Location was removed from the World Map as of 2.3.1.

It is unclear when the location will be re-implemented.
