They going to fix PUBG
Mobile emulator 720p to 1080p HDR!!!
HD graphics is basically limited to some frameset like for instance
720p means quad HD
1280x1080p means full HD
3840x1920p should be 4K
So this means according to your mobile screen the game will adjust its graphics. So HD is the part of the resolution concept
Whereas HDR is High Dynamic Range which is basically a color effect generated by the mobile screen or can be an in built function of the game. Color gamut is what this option provides means graphics quality will be much crispier in terms of luminance, vibrance, color contrast, more hues, brighter shades, deeper darks (Also known as Ambient Occlusion)
This explanation of mine is applicable for all the games, TV, Smartphone displays etc!
HDR is better.
The HD setting on PUBG Mobile runs the game at the native resolution of your mobile device.
Using the High Dynamic Range (HDR) Mode, the game is rendered in way better color & higher contrast ratio. The blacks are blacker. The whites are whiter. It just looks way better.
This does require more resources from the processor, so don’t be surprised if you experience lower performance.
Also, using the HDR Mode on a non HDR Capable display won’t result in much improvement in graphical quality. It’s still present, but not as much as compared to on phones with a HDR Capable Display like the iPhone X.
Here’s a demonstration of HDR done in games through NVIDIA’S G-Sync HDR Technology.
